Job description
Role: Travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to patients, assess and develop treatment plans, and deliver care during 8-hour day shifts. Ensure patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Physical Therapist with appropriate credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a clinical setting.
