Job description
We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide patient care in an acute setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
Evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
Supervising PTAs and support staff
Billings and documentation following facility and insurance guidelines
Collaborating with medical personnel to ensure coordinated care
Understanding and utilizing adaptive equipment
Modifying plans based on patient progress and condition
Using medical systems and ensuring compliance with state and professional regulations
Qualifications And Skills Required
Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
Current state licensure and BLS certification
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Additional Information
Travel employment with 40 hours/week, day shifts
Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment
