Job description
Role: Travel Physical Therapist providing patient evaluations, developing and implementing plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff.
Bill and document accurately according to facility and insurance guidelines.
Comply with state-specific PT regulations and understand adaptive equipment usage.
Collaborate with medical personnel to ensure cohesive care plans.
Evaluate, modify, and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
Utilize medical computer systems and ensure timely documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Current BLS certification and state licensure.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
