Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient role within a behavioral health and addiction recovery setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience.
Details
Outpatient therapy services provided within an inpatient behavioral health and addiction recovery campus
Patient population consists of adults in recovery managing deconditioning, high fall risk, neuropathy, and orthopedic injuries such as acute fractures, sprains/strains, and chronic spine-related pain
Productivity expectation of 55 visits per week with evaluations and 60-minute treatments scheduled every 30 minutes
Clinic hours are 8am-6pm with a flexible 40-hour work week, 5x8-hour shifts
No floating required, with intermittent front desk support available
Utilizes NextGen EMR system
Potential temp to perm opportunity
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required;
new graduates will not be considered
License required if applicable
Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and deconditioned adult patients preferred
Comfortable working in a behavioral health and addiction recovery environment
Additional Information
Clinicians are supported by AI-powered documentation technology to assist with real-time compliant clinical documentation, allowing more focus on patient care

Works as part of a supportive outpatient clinical team in a specialized recovery setting
