Job description
Optum is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality home-based therapy across Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk, and Wilton, CT. The PTA will follow a plan of care under a supervising Physical Therapist and support patient well-being through targeted exercises and education.
