Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Plaza Director to manage a multi-million-dollar travel plaza along a major highway, leading a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.
This role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, on-site availability around 50 hours weekly, and strong cost control. You will collaborate with brand partners, HR, finance, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
