Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position in the local area. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis. The nurse will supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care in a 32-bed unit with ICU and Stepdown responsibilities.
Job Details
Location onboarding details include scrub color navy and charting system Cerner.
Position requires assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising direct patient care.
Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The role is accountable for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 1 year of experience.
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Submission Requirements: Applicants must submit all required documention.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
