Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized patient care in either ICU or stepdown units with floating between these areas. Candidates are expected to have strong neuro experience and meet the requisite qualifications for the position, offering an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and safety in a dynamic environment.
Job Details:
Shift: Nights, 12 hours shift times, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications, active Nursys license verification, minimum of 2 years experience in the specialty involving neuro care, work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, and a certificate card. The candidate profile must include demographic information and badge-appropriate picture.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong neuro experience.
Float: Float rotation may be required to cover ICU and stepdown units.
Additional Information: The position involves providing specialized care in a high-acuity setting, including patient monitoring, administering medications, and following established SOPs related to neuro and critical care treatment.
