Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. The RN maintains the delivery of quality patient care by following the nursing care plan, supervising ancillary staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Job Details
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (CIRH only)
At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience

Additional Information
Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops individualized care plans, documents accurately and timely in medical records, participates in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning, collaborates with team members, delegates appropriately, and initiates professional growth activities. The RN ensures safety through compliance with hospital policies, actively participates in team activities, maintains equipment and supply management, and assumes charge responsibilities following orientation.
