nnLocation: United States
nPosition Description:nnUnit: Stepdown Float, with preference for candidates with ICU and Progressive Care Unit experience
nCritical care experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting
nTop Diagnosis/Procedures include surgical, medical, and neuro cases
nCommon Equipment includes bladder scanners, IV pumps, PCA pumps, SCDs, bipaps, cpaps, optiflows, vapotherms, airvos
nVasoactive Drip Titration is required for medications such as neosynephrine, amiodarone, and cardizem
nNurse Patient Ratio: 1:03 (not guaranteed)
nLine Management Skills required include IV insertion, PICC/Central Line management, vascular device care, dialysis fistula care/management, A-Line management
nPreferred skills include obtaining 12 lead EKG, sheath removal, cardioversion/defibrillation
nAirway management skills required: CPAP/BiPAP, Trach care
nOrtho/MS/Oncology skills required: Epidural/PCA pumps, feeding tubes, wound vac
