American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/02/2027 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jan 2, 2027 Length: 26 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic experience with pressor titration skills. Details Work in the Nursing Float Pool of a hospital setting Patient ratios between 1:3 and 1:5 Required to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks while on shift 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week Every other weekend required (Fri, Sat, Sun for nights) Weekly start dates on Mondays Requirements Active MA RN license required BLS-AHA certification required ACLS-AHA and NIHSS certifications preferred Epic EMR experience required Must be able to titrate pressors Level 1 trauma experience preferred, required if no prior travel experience Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for a minimum of 6 months to be considered Additional Information Provide progressive care nursing services within a float pool role Day one pass/fail testing administered covering Tele/ECG and Medication; Relias practice tests available Relias testing also required during onboarding Required vaccines include COVID (with booster) and Flu, medical exemptions allowed Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted First-time travelers will be considered for this role American Traveler Job ID P- .
