Health Here in Medford, Oregon seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to provide home health therapy with a 1:1 patient ratio. You will work 8-hour day shifts, with no weekends or on-call duties, managing up to six patients daily while meeting productivity standards.
Ideal candidates have OASIS experience and at least 1 year in skilled home health, with the ability to complete assessments and develop comprehensive care plans to ensure high-quality care across patient needs.
