Job description
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Blacksburg, VA. You will provide one-on-one home health PT, evaluating patients in their homes and developing individualized plans of care.
Applicants must hold an active Virginia PT license, have a valid driver’s license, and be capable of independent home visits. The role offers $60/hour, 36 guaranteed hours per week, mileage reimbursement, and WellSky documentation support.
