Job description
University Hospitals Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation across multiple Cleveland-area communities. You will evaluate patients, create and execute individualized plans, and provide education to patients and families to promote recovery and prevent recurrence.
