Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Roseburg, Oregon. This travel role offers an autonomous home health setting with 40 hours per week and a focus on adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, gait and balance training, and caregiver education, with mileage reimbursement available. Oregon licensure and BLS are required; Oregon home health experience is preferred.
