American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift position covering multiple Ohio ZIP codes.
Details
Home Health setting covering ZIP codes 45202, 45210, 45214, 45217, 45219, 45220, 45229, 45206, 45207, 45212, and 45237
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
Valid state PT license required prior to starting; pending licenses not accepted
License required if applicable
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting system preferred but not required
Additional Information
Time off and scheduling requests must be submitted in advance
