Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Novato, CA. This role focuses on delivering PT services in patients’ homes within a home health setting, with a schedule of 8-hour shifts and a need for flexibility in availability.
The position requires CA PT licensure, BLS, and a valid driver’s license, with Oasis/EPIC experience preferred and 1 year of professional PT experience expected. Housing and benefits are provided as part of the travel package.
