Job description
Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Program in a growing care team serving patients in the Trumbull, CT area.
Responsibilities include evaluations, care planning, and skilled interventions to improve mobility and safety. Travel within coverage area required; 40 hours weekly with mileage reimbursement and a travel pay package up to $2,700/week gross.
