Job description
Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document care in compliance with regulations. You will work independently within patients' homes and communities to help recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
The role offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and travel reimbursements. A Texas PT license and a degree in physical therapy are required, with BLS preferred.
