Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Granite City, Illinois. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a home health setting, delivering PT services to patients in their homes and communities.
The position requires a physical therapy degree (ATPA-approved), an active Illinois PT license, and BLS certification if required. This travel assignment lasts 26 weeks with housing assistance and comprehensive benefits.
