Job description
Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Elizabeth, West Virginia. This inpatient/home health role covers patients across eight counties, focusing on general ortho, weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehab, with emphasis on patient care and thorough documentation.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of PT experience, WV licensure, and BLS certification. Schedule is 40 hours per week, weekdays, with self-scheduling within guidelines.
