Job description
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in the Medford, OR area. Requires 1 year of home health experience, BLS, Oasis, and a valid license where applicable.
The role involves 1:1 patient care, daily visits, and a 5x8 schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with no weekends or on-call. Epic and Oasis are used for charting; travel up to 50 miles may be required.
