Job description
MEP Health seeks a Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health to treat patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and care settings across a designated territory. You will conduct visits, assessments, and develop treatment plans for 3–5 patients daily, supervise up to two therapy assistants, and coordinate Start of Care and ongoing assessments with the care team.
The role requires CA license, BLS, NPI, driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
