Job description
Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is hiring an Internal Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tomahawk, WI. The position offers a taxable hourly rate, a housing stipend, meals & incidentals, and travel reimbursements.
You will join a team providing therapy services across local facilities with ongoing support and guaranteed hours. Active WI PT license or ability to obtain one is required, with SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health familiarity preferred.
