Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for assignments in Virginia Beach, VA. The role covers Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Portsmouth, with a typical 40-hour week, 8-hour shifts, and a Mon–Fri schedule.
You will perform admissions, evaluations, and routine visits while supporting patient recovery in home health settings. Requires PT degree and license, applicable state license, and potential BLS.
