Job description
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver outpatient home health therapy, primarily for geriatric patients, within a designated territory. You will provide independent therapy, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
The role requires a valid PTA license, active driver’s license, 1+ year experience, BLS, and proficiency in HCHB and OASIS; travel and on-call rotations may be involved.
