Job Description
nThe Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting. The candidate must have recent or current experience in home health and possess proficiency with the Homecare Homebase charting system.
Responsibilities
n Provide therapy interventions to patients in their home environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
Educate patients and caregivers about home care practices and exercises.
n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
n At least 6 months of recent experience in home health required.
Tennessee PTA license or compact license in hand is mandatory.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred, but not required.
