Travel PTA - Home HealthAmerican Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a home health assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.Home Health setting covering PT, OT, and Speech services across the Marian and Arroyo Grande geographical regionsPatient population includes orthopedic injuries, strokes, joint conditions, and spinal injuriesUses Cerner for charting and documentation8-hour day shifts, flexible schedule, majority of hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pmWeekend coverage required every third weekendAssigned to a specific geographical region for home-based visitsLicense required if applicableBLS certification requiredMinimum 2 years of experience requiredOne year of experience working in PT, OT, or Speech requiredExperience with OASIS documentation requiredHome health setting experience preferred but not requiredProvide home-based physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and spinal conditionsTeam includes Rehab Aides, OTAs, and PTAs who are typically permanent staffFloor-specific orientation lasts 1.5-2 weeksBusiness attire with white lab coat required, no jeans allowedHoliday coverage limited to minor holidays, with major holidays only if neededMileage is not reimbursed as this is an all-inclusive bill rate
