Travel PTA - Home HealthAmerican Traveler is seeking a Home Health PTA with HCHB experience and 1+ years of recent geriatric care experience for a day shift assignment.Home Health setting with a caseload of 5-7 patients per dayPatient population consists of geriatric casesDay shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMTerritory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office, with flexibility requiredUses HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR for documentationNo on-call requirement, though on-call rotation may be discussed during interviewCurrent BLS certification requiredMinimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience requiredProficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) requiredOASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC)Active driver's license and personal transportation requiredLicense required if applicableLicense must be in-hand prior to considerationResponsibilities include home exercise programs, patient and family education, and documentationWeekly productivity requirement of 30 pointsLocal candidates accepted at the travel rateFirst-time travelers will not be consideredFormer permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a travelerTravel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned an individual territory and must have their own transportationScrubs required in any color; jeans are not permittediPad provided for work use; personal cell phone not requiredMileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rateOrientation held on Mondays, including completion of billable modulesRTO must be submitted at the time of application
