About Facility: 1 Medical Center Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27157
885 licensed beds
Level 1 Trauma Designation
Teaching Hospital: Yes, Academic Medical Center
Chest Pain Center
Stroke Center
Department Information: Census? Average patients/day? 75-95 per day
Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year required
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No – must have completed at least 1 contract (13)
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: All types of cancers
3 mo. to geriatric
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: BLS
ARRT-RT
Skills required: Elekta and Mosaiq experience
Support within the Department: Leadership
Lead Tech
2 Therapists per patient
Technology/Equipment: EMR: Mosaiq
Floating: If yes, where? Not outside of department
Orientation (facility and unit): NEO
Up to 1 week departmental – dependent on experience and comfort
Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Mon-Fri (4-10s or 5-8s)
No call
Holiday Expectations: no major
RTO: Manager approval
Shift times: 10h 7a-5:30 or 8-5
Schedule cycle (how many weeks): weekly

Compensation
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
