STARTASAP- MUST INCLUDE START DATE WITH SUBMITTAL
SHIFT: DAYS
6:00am or 7:15am until lunch
9:00am until 5:00pm
MUST DISCUSS SHIFT WITH DIRECTOR FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED
NO WEEKENDS
NO FLOATING
NO CALL
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING
NO 48 HOUR
RTO - MUST INCLUDE REQUEST WITH SUBMITTAL
REQUIREMENTS:
National Licensure
BLS/CPR
1+ YEAR EXPERIENCE
BEDS- (1)treatment room currently and (2) treatment rooms in 2 months – 2 therapist at all times
PATIENT RATIO - 1 EVERY 15 MIN
SCRUBS- Steel Grey Scrubs, Lab Coat/non-fleece jacket if desired. No artificial nails
