Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift assignment requiring 5+ years of experience and active NYS licensure with ARRT certification.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience required
Active NYS license required at time of submission (license required if applicable)
ARRT (R) certification required
Current BLS certification (AHA) required
Epic EMR experience required
Level 1 trauma hospital experience strongly preferred
Previous or current travel experience strongly preferred
Valid driver's license required
Permanent address must match driver's license or state ID
Negative 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
Responsibilities
Radiology department in a community hospital setting
Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 8:0 AM to 4:00 PM
Every 4th weekend required
No on-call requirements
Uses Epic EMR
Candidates residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties, or within 50 miles of the facility, will be considered for this assignment
Completion of Verbal De-escalation training (Welle or CPI) required for onboarding
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, and RTO must be submitted prior to upload
COVID vaccination strongly encouraged
