Job description
American Traveler is hiring an X-Ray Technologist for an acute care setting requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience required
Current BLS certification required
License required if applicable
Must be able to perform all aspects of diagnostic radiology including Fluoro and OR
Responsibilities
Acute care hospital setting in the Radiology department
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a rotating day off during the week
Every other weekend required with the same shift hours
Performs diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging procedures
Uses MEDITECH charting system
May be required to work varying days, evenings, or overnights depending on staffing needs
Required to work holidays and possible overtime based on staffing needs
Orientation held every Monday
30-minute lunch break required per shift
