Job Requirements
n At least 1 year of Dietitian experience requiredn
Acute care nutrition experience requiredn
Community hospital experience requiredn
Registered Dietitian / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) requiredn
Active Maryland Dietitian license required at time of submissionn
Experience with Cerner requiredn
Experience with nutrition assessments and reassessmentsn
Experience with nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE)n
Experience with enteral nutrition and therapeutic diet ordersn
Experience managing nutrition therapy complicationsn
References requiredn
Copy of certifications requiredn
Responsibilities
n Provide inpatient nutritional care for adult and geriatric patientsn
Complete nutrition assessments, reassessments, and nutrition-focused physical examsn
Develop and update therapeutic diet recommendations to support patient care plansn
Support enteral nutrition management and related clinical documentationn
Monitor and address nutrition therapy complications as part of interdisciplinary caren
Maintain productivity expectations of 10-12 interventions per dayn
Document accurately in Cerner and collaborate with the clinical care teamn
Contribute to a supportive inpatient dietitian team environmentn
