Job description
Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to cover the Tulsa metropolitan area. The role provides in-person clinical oversight across multiple centers, with travel between locations to cover leaves, vacancies, and new openings.
You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with families and school teams. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Area Director of Clinical Services.
