Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams across the district and ensure adherence to responsibilities and expectations.
Responsibilities include training, coaching, inspections, addressing guest feedback, and ensuring proper orientation for GMs and GMITs. The role requires 7–10 years in restaurants and 3–5 years in management; travel 4–5 days weekly.
