Job description
SRV Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead operations and performance across a multifamily portfolio in NC/SC, including LIHTC properties. You will work with SRV Leadership to implement asset strategies, oversee budgeting and resident services, and guide onsite teams to deliver high-quality housing and services.
You will travel regionally, conduct site visits, monitor occupancy and renewals, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while maintaining curb appeal and asset
