Job Overview
Travel Nurse RN – Telemetry assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.
Start Date: 07/06/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • 12‑hour shifts • Employment Type: Travel.
Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data; document nursing diagnoses and care plans.
Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
Revise care plans based on evaluation outcomes and changes in the medical plan.
Qualifications
Active RN license.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS certification.
Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care PCU or step‑down setting.
Other client‑specified requirements may apply.
