Overview
Registered Nurse – Case Management in Glendale, California. Travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Start date: 10/12/2026 for an expected 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,766 to $2,900 per week. Shift: Days, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
Provide excellent patient care by assisting in the collaboration, development, implementation, revision and reporting of the case management program.
Act as a liaison between patient, family, nurse, physicians, multidisciplinary team and patient’s healthcare benefactor to optimize outcomes.
Serve as a consultant to the healthcare team on specific patient items.
Coordinate a continuum of care for a defined population from pre-admission through post-discharge.
Ensure patients and families proceed efficiently through the course of hospitalization.
Requirements
Active registered nurse license in California (CA)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior case management or care coordination experience preferred
Ability to work in a hospital setting on a travel assignment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities
