Job description
Registered Nurse – Cath Lab in Saint Helena, CA (US). Start date 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,962–$3,141 per week with 40 guaranteed hours. Shift: day shift, 5x8s. Setting: short-term acute care hospital; travel temporary assignment.

Setting: Cath Lab within a short-term acute care facility
Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to adults undergoing Cath Lab procedures, following the nursing process and established standards of care
Assist with Cath Lab procedures, including structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases
Monitor patients’ hemodynamics and vital signs during procedures; administer medications as prescribed and reinforce safety protocols
Collaborate with cardiology, anesthesia, radiology, and other members of the care team; participate in planning and discharge coordination
Maintain sterile technique and infection control practices; document care in the electronic health record and communicate patient needs to the team
Provide patient and family education and contribute to ongoing discharge planning and care transitions
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse license in California
BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
Minimum 5 years Cath Lab nursing experience; experience must include structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases
EPIC experience required
BSN preferred
Ability to work 2 days per week of on-call and 1–2 weekends per month; able to support a day-shift schedule
