Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active RN license, valid in Illinois
Minimum of 2 years of recent direct Cath Lab nursing experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Proficiency with invasive cardiac procedures and patient assessment
Exceptional communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
Experience with EMR charting preferred
Role Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, techs, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
