This travel RN role offers immersion in a leading Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where youll engage with advanced cardiac care practices, collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals, and expand your clinical expertise. Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible to practice in WI
Minimum of 1-2 years recent CVICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proficient in cardiac monitoring and management of critically ill patients
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics
Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Document accurately according to hospital protocols
