Overview
Registered Nurse – Home Health travel assignment in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This 12-week assignment begins on 10/28/2026, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The daytime schedule runs 5x8 hours (8:00am-4:00pm). The role takes place in a home healthcare setting, performing patient visits, care coordination, and hands-on nursing support in patients' homes. Weekly pay ranges from $2,318 to $2,466.

Responsibilities
Conduct 25-30 patient visits per week, including a mix of start-of-care and revisits
Perform and document OASIS assessments for eligible visits
Utilize Epic for charting, care planning, and documentation
Assess patient needs, develop and update individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
Provide patient and caregiver education, promote safety, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure timely follow-up
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and supervisors to maintain quality care and accurate records
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of recent and relevant home health nursing experience
Proficiency with OASIS documentation and Epic electronic medical records
Ability to manage 25-30 visits per week with a mix of start-of-care and revisits
Daytime schedule availability and willingness to travel within the service area
Commitment to a 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
