Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Fort Bragg, California. Start date: 10/19/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,168 per week to $2,260 per week. Shift: 12-hour days, three per week (36 hours). This position supports a high-acuity ICU unit that provides intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients who have experienced shock, trauma, or other life‑threatening conditions.

Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients in line with established standards of care and the nursing process.
Monitor, assess, and document patient status; recognize and respond to deterioration; initiate appropriate interventions.
Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate or supervise life-support equipment as clinically indicated.
Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust individualized care plans; ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety, quality of care, and infection prevention practices.
Requirements
Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU setting with critically ill patients
Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
Availability to start on or before the stated start date
Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable coordinating with multiple disciplines
