Overview
Registered Nurse - ICU in Willits, California. Start date 10/12/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,128-$2,326 per week with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to standards of care and nursing process.
Monitor patient condition, perform assessments, interpret data, and respond to changes in status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks appropriately.
Document care and patient progress in the electronic health record; ensure safety, accuracy, and policy compliance.
Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care.
Requirements
California RN license in good standing
BSN preferred; ADN or diploma with ICU experience considered
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; TNCC preferred
Minimum two years of recent nursing experience; ICU experience preferred (1 year minimum)
EPIC experience required
Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment in a hospital setting
