MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing assignment in Marshall, Michigan.

Requirements
Active RN license
Degree from an accredited nursing program
BLS certification
At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting
Additional requirements as determined by the client facility
Duties & Responsibilities
Med‑Surg nurses (RN) provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures and for those receiving medical treatment medication. They must be well‑versed in a broad range of health conditions.
Complete assignments given by physicians
Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care
Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments
Administer medication
Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nurses, physicians, and other treatment team members
