Travel assignment in a hospital setting

Responsibilities
Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to a Med Surg population
Monitor patient status, assess needs, and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and policy
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and support discharge planning
Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities
Requirements
Current Georgia Registered Nurse license (or eligibility) to practice
Availability to work 12-hour day shifts
Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for approximately 13 weeks
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary patient services team
Competence in clinical decision-making, documentation, and patient advocacy
