Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Concord, NH. Travel assignment starting 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranging from $2,044 to $2,163 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift is 3x12 Nights. Responsibilities
Provide Med-Surg nursing care to adult patients, including assessment, monitoring, and regular re-evaluation of care plans
Administer medications, perform IV therapy and procedures per physician orders, and document care in the designated EMR system
Monitor patient status, respond to calls, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and timely interventions
Support discharge planning and patient/family education, coordinating with case management as needed
Maintain accurate nursing notes, manage lines and devices, and uphold infection control and safety standards
May be required to float to additional facilities within the region to support unit staffing needs
Requirements
Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state; NH licensure required at submission; NURSYS license verification for active licenses
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year Med-Surg Acute Care travel experience; 2+ years of Med-Surg experience overall preferred
EMR experience preferred: Cerner; not required
RTO (time off) must be included at submission
Locals welcome; local rate
Ability to work in a hospital setting; flexible to float to other NH facilities as needed
