Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in Ida Grove, IA. Start date 11/01/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Day shift (7A) with guaranteed 36 hours per week. This full-time RN role supports a leave of absence in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical telemetry patients during day shifts
Monitor patient status, vital signs, intake and output, and response to treatments; document findings promptly
Administer medications and therapies as ordered; assist with procedures as needed
Maintain telemetry monitoring where appropriate and elevate concerns to the care team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and therapy services to plan and implement care
Prepare patients for discharge and provide education to patients and families to support safe transitions
Requirements
Active RN license to practice in Iowa or eligible for a multi-state license
BLS certification
Ability to work a day shift in a hospital setting and adapt to a travel assignment
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
