Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele (Travel)
Needham, Massachusetts, United States
Start date: December 7, 2026
Duration: 8 weeks
Weekly pay: $2,468–$2,623 per week
Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), every other weekend and holiday rotation
Setting: hospital-based Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit

Epic experience required; MA license; 2+ years of Med Surg Tele experience; BLS and ACLS; no float
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in a Med Surg Telemetry unit, including ongoing assessment, monitoring of vital signs, and timely escalation of changes in condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and angio-therapy per policy and physician orders
Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to arrhythmias or deviations in patient status
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other disciplines to develop and revise care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education
Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (Epic)
Support patient and family education about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care
Requirements
Active Massachusetts RN license
2+ years of Med Surg Tele experience
Epic experience required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and every other weekend and holiday
No float requirement
